If you like cats, fleas, darkness and loudness day and night then this is your place. This place is so over priced, they cut corners everywhere in its construction. You can literaly hear your neighbors snoring, flushing their toilets, watching t.v. I had the cops called on me one night for noise violation, the cops came in found out i was home alone watching t.v. they couldn't do anything because i wasn't doing anything wrong.
