I lived at the University Lofts and I really liked my experience there. I met a lot of great friends while living there, and really liked that it was so close to UK's campus. I was able to sleep in most mornings and then leave 10 min before class and make it on time.

The residents are nice, speak to you in the hallways, and are courteous to you if anything happens. Every now and then you might have some noise from your neighbor's apartment, but if its too loud they have always turned it down when asked.

The rooms are cool in the summer with good A/C, warm in the winter, and all the appliances worked all the time, no problems. It's well lit and safe at night.

If anything is bad about this place, it's that it might get a little loud on weekend nights, but when an apartment on a college campus, this didn't bother me at all. Anytime it got too crazy i would just talk to my neighbor and they would take care of it.

I would definitely check this place out!
