I live in a one bedroom apartment, and pay $670 a month. They recently told me it is increasing to $685 a month. The apartment is overpriced, it is EXTREMELY small. I really don't have any complaints except for the loud trains and early construction that goes on can be REALLY annoying, I found it a really nice, safe place to live. Another bad point about is that the locks are electronic and go out at any time. Luckily mine went out right before the office closed so they could recharge it. But if it was late at night I would have been locked out. It is a long walk to campus, but to me it beat driving. Management also regularly finds a way to intrude into your apartment with little notice or none at all, this was extremely annoying. Lastly, by living on the third floor, pigeons constantly consume your porch although I tried many tactics to keep them away, none seemed to work. Other than that, its a nice starter apartment, but the rent is just outrageous, and to me, it is NOT worth the money.
