I lived at University Village for 2 years and never had any kind of issue. When my ac went down, they had a maintenance man there within an hour, and this was on a Saturday. I kept my place relatively clean, and never had an issue with any kind of ants or roaches. Liked it so much that I moved my little sister across the hall from me the second year. She now lives there and has aspirations of staying there throughout her college career. The office staff was incredibly friendly. They grilled out every weekend over the summer and ordered pizza for everyone during basketball and football games. The night security guy was very nice and approachable. I rarely had to lock my doors and never had any issue with my car. If I hadn't graduated I would still be living there today!
