Do not waste your time living here, the management is horrible and the apartments are overpriced. The two reviews listed toward the end of august and beginning part of september are created by the management of the complex to make the ratings look better. Instead of wasting their time doing that they should learn to be friendly toward and appreciative of their tenants. Anybody who lives at this complex and gives it perfect ratings must like a complex where your car gets broken into, a small sleazy pool, a 25 minute walk to campus, and an office staff who wins the award for being the absolute worst group of employees a company could ever have

Sleazy pool...that is true...I once saw a couple having sex in the pool when I came in late one night! It always reeked of tanning oil too from all the stupid sorority girls getting their bake on.
