Decent apartment, walking distance to campus, BUT the office staff has no clue what they are doing, maintenance is horrible! the hot months we first moved in our air condition didn't work and it took ONE whole WEEK for someone to come and look at it and 2 visits back before they actually fixed the problem! rent is too much for what you get, and most of all stay away because this place has ANT PROBLEMS! not only in the kitchen, etc....BUT ALSO in the BEDROOMS! definitly affects your sleep when you may have ants running around in your bed! Best advice: find somewhere else that is better priced for what you get!
