Very clean, quiet, and comfortable

I loved living at Valleyfield. Although my one bedroom was small, it was very well-maintained and clean. The apartment had two big windows that provided lots of natural light which is hard to find in inexpensive apartments in Lexington. Each apartment has a front door with a storm door that leads to a small, fenced patio area in front of the apartment. There is lots of closet and storage space, built in bookshelves, a utility room with washer/dryer hookups, and even a small storage attic. I also loved that all the apartments were on the ground level, so there were no stairs to climb.
Although my middle-aged neighbor across the lawn liked to stand at his front door in nothing but his little panties, I had no problems with the other tenants. It was very quiet and peaceful and I felt really safe.
During my time there, I never had any need to call maintenance which was amazing to me!
The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was that my kitchen sink was only one sink with no divider, which I find annoying when washing dishes. And there were a lot of reserved handicap spaces near my apartment, so I had to usually park a little farther out, but it wasn't bad.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, well-maintained and affordable place to live.
