Not the best but could be with improvements

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
On the bad note: The apartment was not ready by the move in date. The apartment was not cleaned or maintenance. We had to hold everything off until the next day and still everything was not correct. As for parking there are a few of spaces unless you come in late at night. Then when you do the lighting is horrible too many dark spots.
On the Good note: Overall the apartment space is fairly big. The rooms have plenty of space more than most houses I have seen. The office and maintenance staff has been nice so far.
