I have been a resident at this complex for over 5 years and have seen the place go from great to not so great and now back to great. The staff when I moved in was very helpful and curteous, the owners moved the manager to another apartment complex they purchased and the place started its downward trend. Maintenance items took too long to fix and the grounds looked horrible, you couldn't complain to anyone because it seemed no one was ever in the office.

The current staff is excellant!! I think it has been about 4 months now and they have really turned this place back to the community I moved into. I can call the office and someone actually answers the phone and I had put in a maintenance request in because my toliet kept running, the maintenance man was there that very day andt he grounds look better than the golf course we are next to now!

I don't know about the old staff, but I agree the new staff is great!
