When we first moved in, the apartment was in good condition in a relatively nice neighborhood. However, as time went on (3 year span), the area got progressively worse, including the quality of maintenance and security. Our car was broken into twice in the last year that we lived there, and the price continually increased with every lease.

There were no laundry hookups, however there was a laundry facilty...that hardly ever worked. All in all though, it is a good place for younger college students.
