I have lived in these apt's for over 7 years now and the apartments are nice for the price and extremely large. The maintenance has gotten worse in the last 2 years after the maintenance man who had been here for years left. Maintenace has gotten very lax, especially the laundry facilty. I normally don't wash my clothes in the laundry facility, but twice I have gone over to the laundry facilty and quickly left. Half of the washers don't work, and the place is a pigstigh.

I continue to live here because the apartments are so large and you can't beat the price especially living on the south end of town. So overall, I woudl recommend living here, but I would not use the laundry facilty, but if maintenance would work on the laundry facilty then they could be better apartments.

yea is there anyone to clean the nasty laundry rooms i mean come on how nasty and disgusting do they have to get before someone can get off there lazy ass and do something
