These apartments are absolutely terrible!
If you want to be woken up by a neighbors bass stereo booming at 3 am then go right ahead! But being so close to campus these apartments are filled with kids who believe in partying more than they sleep!

Fantastic The new staff is awesome! They actually care about the residents. I moved here in March 2011. I will def be renewing my lease. The maintenance staff always fixes any issues right away, and the office staff are nice and friendly. I am very happy and couldnt ask for a better place
