Ana and Nick team is the major reason I like this apartment. They give one a feeling that he/she is welcomed and will be taken care of in this apartment although it is not a new apartment. Now if they leave, then this apartment has no special meaning to me.

I completely agree with this review and the last one. Anna and Nick were really nice and I too decided to move into this apartment complex because they made me feel welcomed and taken care of. None of the current staff at the office, particularly the new manager, does not seem really interested in taking care of the residents. I think there are better option available if you want to live in downtown.
