In spite of below negative opinions, I moved to Aspenwood one month ago and am very much satisfied. The leasing office staffs are very helpful nice kind, and the maintenance person responds quickly and knows exactly what to do. I've typically got service things done in one or two days after asking for maintenance.

The apartment itself is located in a very peaceful area, i.e., quiet and safe. At move-in, the apartment was very well renovated such that it would be a new one. The carpet on the floor doesn't look cheap and gives nice barefoot touch. In addition, I haven't yet seen any person making noticeable noise. I recommend you this apartment if you seek one that can provide "peace in the evening and night" "ready-to-help staffs".
