Barrington Place is located in the Heart of Downtown Louisville. It is close to restaurants, clubs, and many other businesses. The Price (470 for a studio)(580 for a one bedroom) is really cheap in ever expanding Downtown corridor. The apartments are very clean and nice, although basic. The common areas such as hallways, elevators, lobby, weight room, etc. are extremely clean and well lit. The building is also very quiet. During the day, you can hear radios and tv's from apartments in the hallways, but once you enter your apartment, it is near silence. The building also includes a rooftop sundeck and a chapel on the 17th floor. The only downside to Barrington is the elevators which do always work extremely well, and moving in or out can be very difficult (BP does not have a freight elevator)and the lack of a Parking Garage (but reasonably priced parking is available around the building.. If you like inexpensive Downtown living, with Basic ammenities, then Barrington Place is for you. The demographic of the building ranges from Students, to Professionals, to Retired individuals. The building is diverse and reflects Downtown Louisville. I am happy to be a part of Barrington Place and I think you will too.
