The apartments are in great shape, the the amenities are all fantastic. My only caution is pay VERY close attention when you sign your lease and any paperwork, the apartment manager has a habit of reviewing work and changing the lease terms to her liking. She does not compromise and does not seem to care about resident opinion if she makes her mind up. However, the place itself is outstanding and I would recommend to anyone- JUST READ AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!
