I was one of the first people to move in and there have been a few issues, but I thought that it was mostly due to being brand new. Now that I've been here for over 2 years, I'm starting to see some good sides. Parking isn't a huge issue, at least not for my building. There is some excessive noise that can be heard from surrounding apartments. Sprinklers are loud and run in the middle of the night. Mailboxes area isn't kept up too well and the trash compactor is always smelling nasty and full, especially on the weekends. It should automatically compact, I think. Facilities are nice, but over-priced if wanting to use them. Original community manager and staff was AWESOME! Newer staff isn't as friendly and doesn't seem to care as much. Maintenance isn't too quick to respond for important issues. Like when a balcony was "falling off the side of the building"......seemed to take forever to fix it.
