The moving out process for this apartment is a complete nightmare. As i read in another review they also are trying to make me pay for acarpet that is not damaged and it is going to cost me in the upwards of $1000.00. The staff is completely rude and unwilling to help in any situation. They are not organized with ANYTHING at this aparntment. Please save yourself the trouble that i am going throught with them now. I have reported them to the BBB and and also seeing what i can do legally for what they are "trying" to make me pay for.
