My husband I just moved out of Blankenbaker Crossings and we were sad to go. Had it not been for buying a house, we would have stayed much longer! The management was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If something needed to be fixed, it got done immediately. We lived there over a year with our dog and never had any problems. The grounds are nicely kept and always spotless! When Paige came on board we noticed a lot of additional improvements...like the benches around the pond, grills, etc.

My husband I have mvoed around a great deal and have both lived in some apartments that were just miserable...but Blankenbaker Crossings was good from move-in to move-out. Less than 30 days after our lease ended, our deposit was returned in the mail. Upon move out, the didn't dock us for nit-picky wear-and-tear--they took a
small amount out to "remove pet odors" which seemed entirely fair to us! Some places won't refund the pet deposit at all!

I highly recommend this place (it's a great location). The pool is fun, there's wildlife to watch at the pond, parking is good, and we had wonderful neighbors! It was good when we moved in and even better under the new management team! Plus, we loved that our internet and cable could be included in our rent! One less bill to have to pay! Please note that our rent below included the pet fee, cable, and internet!
