My husband and I moved in recently and while I was unsure about going from a house to an apartment, it has been a smooth transition. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept, although the pond is looking a bit murky, but we watched as a load of fish were dropped into it a few weekends ago. Parking can get cramped, but the area is well lit at night, so I don't feel concerned about safety.
We didn't get here in time to enjoy the pool, but it is so pretty at night with the lights on in it. The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance man was quick to arrive and explain how the alarm works as we were getting settled in, he even took a load of our empty boxes out for us!

We signed up for a year here and if our jobs don't move us, with the economy what it is, I expect we'll be staying put. We really are happy that we leased here and would recommend it to anyone, especially working in the area over here.
