I have lived at Blankenbaker Crossing for over 2 years, and love living here. I would highly recommend this complex. The apartments are very nice,very quiet and the grounds are kept super clean.The apartments are well worth the rent. I always get compliments from guests on how nice the kitchen is.And of course the pool area is very nice.
What really makes the complex stand out is the management and maintenance staff.In all my years of renting, I have never been around a staff that works so hard (like this staff does) in treating you like family and going out of their way to help you.I recently had a bad accident, where I lost use of my right arm and the whole staff has gone out of their way in helping me.
The maintenance staff is second to none. While I have hardly had any problems, the maintenace staff did respond quickly in addressing the minor problems I did have, and fixed them immediately.Even better is the fact that once those problems were fixed they never occured again.The head of maintenance is just a great guy, always friendly and really takes pride in his work. It is amazing the job him and his staff did in clearing the snow and making the grounds safe to walk and drive on, as a result of the major snow storm we just had.
Finally, the apartment manager and the leasing/management staff are super as well.They are very understanding and go out of their way in meeting your needs.I do not think you get any better than the apartment manager. She is super friendly, very respectful, customer service oriented and truly goes out of her way to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. As I stated earlier, I recently lost use of my right arm. As a result, I was unable to properly clean my car from the ice and snow storm. I was pleasantly surprised to find she (the apartment manager)pesonally cleaned off my car to make it driveable. Just a great lady!
As you can tell, I think a lot of Blankenbaker Crossing and am sure anyone else would as well.
