Blankenbaker Crossings is a wonderful place to live. The staff, especially the property manager Paige, are very professional, caring, and attentive to our needs and wants. Paige has especially touched our lives. She and her staff make living here a wonderful experience all could enjoy. Sure, there are rules that we as a community must accept. However, those rules are governed by one solitary principle: they are there for our comfort, health, and safety. This is one of the safest places I have been in, a must for my family. I have witnessed no crime since I have been here; no vandalism, nothing. As for the grounds, the designs are very ergonomical, well thought out, and very attractive. We even have a pretty good sized pool!
Several services are available to us, especially to those who do not have them. Some of these services include, a washer and dryer center (on site), a computer lab complete with printer and fax, a gym with kids play area (while you get your work out on), and a large garbage compactor...No more trashy neighborhoods! Here at Blankenbaker Crossings I have seen even the matainence staff go above and beyond. Every morning, one of the staff is ALWAYS picking up every little piece of trash, ciggarette but, ect. that he can find - on foot. The staff here is, well like I said, part of a family. They care about us. Rules are rules. You know them coming in. The rules are there for a reason. Perhaps the person complaining about a trash fee, which was put out in a warning of over 6 months, had left trash out' Hmmm...not a good reason to me to get on an online forum and blast the apartment complex, or it's property manager. Besides, if trash was allowed to be left out, things could get very messy around here and I for one, would like to see this place stay as beautiful as it is. So here is a thanks to the Staff of Blankenbaker Crossings: Thank you for making me and my family feel right at home.

Yeah, pretty well laid out grounds...oh, except for the fact you have to walk around the entire pool (and walk in the icy roads during winter just to get to the pool area) to get to the laundry room. It's probably the worst layout I've ever seen.
