I have lived here for 11 months. From the day we moved in we have been going back and forth with managment to fix the repairs needed in our town home. Even when new ownership took over they have kept up to the low standards of the old owners. They take no action about neighborhood shootings or violence even though they claim to have an off duty cop keeping us safe. They take no action when residents call with emergancy maintenece needs. They treat you like gold until you sing your lease and then your nothing but a pain when you have needs or concerns. Needless to say I can not wait for my lease to be up. Beware.

ive been living here at the blue diamond for about a year. if you like neighborhood shootings, registered child molesters, prostitution, drug dealers, and random acts of drunken violence then come on in! no app fee no dep fee! if you like raw sewer backing into your bathroom, mold on your walls, bleached carpet, NO POOL, and 24/7 noice, you'll feel right at home!
