I have lived here over a year. Although the place is a little rough on repairs, I really like it here. The price is reasonable, they are clean, and the office staff has always been nice to me. You do have to stay on them about reparis, but if it is something important that requires immidiate attention, they are right there. They have an off duty sharrif that lives here and is available 24/7 for any problems (and he doesn't take any crap!). I have 2 children, and feel completly safe living here with them. They are the right area for the right money. They don't allow any felonies here (so that means no perverts/phedofiles) or "dangours animals" (pitt Bulls, etc). They do allow pets.

You say they don't allow felons, I think they just told you that because if that were true, you wouldn't have a FELON living in 122 Wood Brook Ct. You might want to check up on that, especially if you have children. This woman has a felony for stabing her ex-boyfriend. I'd call your office immediatley! Sorry about the downer but it seems that your not being told the entire truth!!

I know for a FACT they do allow felons in these apartments... maybe its what kind of felon you was arrested for but i know they let people with DRUG AND ASSAULT felonies in there.. NOT JUST ONE OR TWO FELONIES THIS WAS 9 time felon.
