The blue diamond apartments are not the best place to live if you get a town home. The walls are paper thin, the pipes are connected to your neighbors apt. and if the get clog in the drain you do too. The pool is to small and is only for eye candy. There is no lifeguard and there are too many buildings in the back with tenants and the pool is too small. The laundry area smells bad and the water for your sinks are set to hot. The area is swampy and the people who do the lawn services will cut your plants up and they don't care.The pet deposit is ridiclious.
