These apartments are by no means luxurious. but upon move in they are clean and well mainteneced..they are also in a pretty safe location with the police department down the street..the only drawback (as is with every apartment) is thin walls and floors for if you want to get a little crazy with your music other than that its a good place to live if your on a budget, student or new couple.
