I am about to sign my 3rd year lease & have been pleasently surprised w/ my term here. Most maintenance matters are handled correctly the 1st time and they will usually come out within only a couple of hours of calling. Grounds are kept up very well & is very rare to see trash not picked up. Plenty of parking in most areas and is very quiet for the most part. There are "2" pools on the property to choose from & the management is very strict about enforcing rules, which makes it the only apartment pool I have ever swam in. Located in the heart of J-town makes it very convenient to get around. A Wal-Mart grocery is literally adjacent to the complex, which is only about a "2" minute walk! Office is very strict w/ all rules, which can be a pain @ times for those who don't like to follow rules, but that is why the complex is so well kept.
