I have see this complex go through many changes in management from "ok" to the so bad it is indescribable.

The hall carpeting in the one bedroom building is dirty, and in such bad condition that in areas there is as much as 1/2 inch separation between the seems. On the stairs, the carpeting is not attached under the steps. This is unsafe because of the possibility of falls

The vent system is very dirty. As long as I have been in residents this system has never been cleaned. I have spoke to the management pertaining to this problem and was told I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THIS SYSTEM CLEANED OUT OF MY POCKET. Unsafe for people with allergies.

The management has an excuse for not doing repairs even after they have been reported several times. "It is always someone elses fault, venders, carpet cleaners, tne maintenance workers." It never their responsiblity. Even though there are always at least two managers working in that office the management will not leave to check to see if the job was done property.

The truth is the management does not care about the residents comfort and safety. They care only about PAYMENT OF RENT BY THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH. It use to be by the third day of the month.

I believe rules are made up as they go along. The renters never see anything from AIMCO pertaining to changes, just managements word and sometimes not even that.
