If you want run down appartment, no maintenance, prejudicial rules that are made up as to the convience of the staff this is your "NEW HOME"!!



This place has no emergency service to speak of, such as the new rule that it has to be 80 degrees OUTSIDE in order for the maintenance staff to do emergency work on the air conditioning that means it is in the 90s inside the buildings, or it has to be 60 degrees outside before they will do emergency service on the heating which makes it around 50 degrees or below inside. This is a safety hazard to the elderly that live here



The staff can not answer simple questions but tell you you need to talk to another staff member who is out of the office at this time.



The staff have lost many tennents rental check. They then put notices on the doors threating to evict you or take you to court, only later to find the check with no apologies.



The maintenance staff is too busy rebuilding the apartment staff offices, which use to be our club house, to do the work orders on the apartments which cause the renters to wait weeks or months to get problems corrected.



The laundry area is always dirty and smelly. The washers and dryers are always broken and when reported to the management we are told "You NEED to call Coin Mach Your self, it is not Managements responsibility!!" We were promise that Breckinridge would either change vendors or have new machines installed as soon as the new owners "Brookside Properties" took over, but this was another "Mmangement Staff" lie. Speaking of lies if the staff is told a false statement they have made, it is tennents that have lied.



There was even a crystal meth lab on the premises but when the Subpoenas were issued and questions arised the management staff tried to say it was a problem in another building with another tennent that they were trying to evict. I guess that is why the fire department and police were there late at night. We found out the truth when we contacted the Jefferson Court Clerk?s Office. This is how well the prospective renters are screened

Before the maintenance staff, that is here now, someone use to walk the grounds daily and pick up dicarded litter and keep the area around the trash bin clean. This is not done any more and food, cans and even condums are lying around on the grounds. Flower beds are over grown with weeds and wild onions excep around the offices. The management staff claim that they walk around the area regularly but fail to notice old trucks with so many pine needles in the bed, vegetation is grrowing out of the bed, there are vehicles discarded taking needed parking spaces.
