I find it sad that these reviews are so negative about Breckinridge Sq. I have lived here almost 23 years and with all the management changes, I strongly feel that the new management company are doing exactly as they promised. (if those of you actually read the monthly newsletters)

We have had all new roofs installed, all new gutters, and all new painting. I live in a one bedroom apt and the hallways were absolutely horrible up until this new company renovated them. they look wonderful now.

landscaping has been the best i have seen in a long time. I asked the gentlemen who was cutting the grass if he would prune my own rose bush, and he did. He didnt have to, but he did.

As far as the management staff in the office, I feel they are ok. I could see better. If I have any questions I need answered, Amy seems to be the only one who helps. One time I wanted to speak with the Manager Diane, and she referred me back to Amy. Diane doesnt have much public relations.

I am very happy here. I had read all these terrible reviews. I seem to think, these reviews were most likely left by those who dont like to pay their rent and have nothing better to do than lie to other people. And also I seem to see that none of them had the courage to leave their name either.

Breckinridge Square is a wonderful place to live.

I do agree that the management has done what they said they'd do, as far as the roofing and landscaping, but on the other hand I feel that has taken them away from addressing individual maintanance issues.
