I just got done reading all the really bad reviews of this apartment complex. All the people that had nothing nice to say must have been the ones that were asked to move out or the ones that call the office every other day with nothing better to do than complain. I have lived here for over a year and this place has been making improvements on a steady basis. Of course no matter where you live there are going to be things that need fixing, especially a 30yrs. old building. I have seen this maintenance staff go above and beyond the call of duty more often than they have been portrayed by some of the other complaners. Yes this place needs work, no matter where you live an apartment or your own home things are in a continual state of repair. Parking is ample, even if you have friends over. The landscaping is ten times better than a year ago, and one hundred times better than any other complex that is close. It is more like a secluded neighborhood than an apartment complex. O'well not everyone will be happy with what is offered, but if you like a laid back, quiet, yet safe neighborhood please stop by we would love to have you!!!!
