Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I was told an apartment would be ready for me by January 20. It still isn't ready.
The building I was originally shown was a nice building. The one my apartment was in was scary. Then I was told my damage deposit was not refundable. They breached the
contract by not having my apartment ready by the written date on the application.
