My experience... You decide.

I moved in pretty much on time -- about a week later than I thought. There were problems with the apartment but I am very patient.
There are also storage rooms at each building, but don't make the mistake of thinking you will get one! They're all already taken. I thought I would automatically get one, but was informed later (after I moved in) that I wouldn't.
The walls are pretty thick, so you don't hear everything the neighbors are doing. That is good. I think it was built in the 70s or 80s.
Everytime someone is doing laundry next door, your bathroom will heat up. The plus side is that it makes your apartment smell good. LOL.
The biggest one for me was the $75 LATE FEE they charge if you are ONE DAY LATE on the rent.
There is NO GRACE PERIOD!
Make sure you READ THE SMALL PRINT.
All in all I think I could have found a better place to live at the same price. But the grounds are really pretty. Lots of greenspace. They've really cracked down on the pet owners to pick up after them.
