I just moved here this past summer (?02). I liked the size of my 2 bedroom apt. and the location is close to the expressway. However, there were many obstacles (and a few more still) that needed to be addressed. It took a over a week for some problems to be fixed when we were told it would take 24 hours to fix and this is before we moved in...talk about a bad impression. The apartment smells old, which I understand since it was built in the ?70s, but I?m sure there?s something that could be done by management. Hallways outside are dirty and people leave their garbage (some garbage...i.e. cans, bottles, wrappers) on the lawns and their junk mail they don?t want on the ground below the mailboxes or on top of them. People speed through the streets around here with no concern. If you want the ghetto, then this is your place. I have a little over 10 months to go before I hike it out of here.
