Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
We've been here over six years and it gets worse each year. Now with $900 a month rent you pay utilities. Brookside management bought the place and bragged how they were spending a million dollars on repairs, but now we the residents are flipping the bill! The office staff appear to be nice until you move in. CONSTANT WATER PROBLEMS-LEAKAGE THAT DAMAGES YOUR FURNITURE. It is VERY expensive to live here for nothing.
