Just to clear up some of what is stated here about the bad reveiws being from people who either didn't pay their rent or were asked to leave by management. That is absolutely not the case. The reviews are true and accurate.
The management here is horrible. I, too, I to live through the nightmare of flooding from the plumbing bursting above me. This wasn't just a one time occurrence. My carpet was soaked and all the maintenance man did was sit a blower in my way of entering the apartment for a week.
My shower still has a big hole above it that has remained unrepaired for nearly a year. The wallpaper in the shower area was all pulled off the walls and still not replaced (very tacky), and just one headache after another. Management, Maintenace,,, where' not here'
