Not terrible but not great. Must problems I have had have been fixed. The person above me had a leak in his AC Unit and it caused my floor to get soaked. They fixed it on Memorial day, which was pretty snappy. I just had to use a Wet Vac for 3 hours to completely dry my floor. Another issue is the old fridge. It is jacked up and I called on it. The guy came over and tightened the screws on the doors...... come on. It needs new trim but it still hasn't been replaced and it's causing my frozen food to get freezer burn. The staff was nice when I first moved in but now it's like I'm a burden when I stop by the office once a month. Another thing is that my vehicle got hit in the parking lot by a drunk driver.... be careful where you park here. The grounds are kept nice. If they focused that much attention on ridding the apartments of black mold and doing upgrades, this would be a nice place. People fly through the community with their music blaring --- I'm 24 years old and I'm annoyed by all of this. Another thing is that I don't smoke however the guy above me does which causes my apartment to smell like cigarettes. Let me sum this up. You don't get what you pay for here.
