Office staff has no clue of what's going on 99.9% of the time. I had a lot of problems with maintenance. For instance, I went without electricity for almost 2 weeks because a ceiling fan went out in my den and the maintenance man said that the entire apartment had to be rewired. In the end, all that was wrong was that the ceiling fan's motor burned out. I was never reimbursed for the inconvenience. Also, they paint over anything that is falling apart to "fix" it. Rusty stairs' Paint it! Run like hell if you are thinking of moving here!
