I have lived here for six months... In these six months, we have had three different sets of managers and office people. THREE! Not very consecutive and let me say that none of the three have been satisfying. It took the maintenance crew two months to fix our shower that was so eaten up with black mold that they told us not to even worry about rent that month. Disgusting! Kids run the streets WILD! Don't park your new car out there; it will be scratched within a week. Office people are extremely rude. Neighbors are quite and to themselves (only positive.) The money for rent is not worth the hassle of living there.
