The management staff are always nice, but are clearly unwilling to address noise issues. Maybe this is because they know the apartments are constructed in such a poor way as to allow the slightest sound through to nieghboring apartments. But they wont tell you this before you move in.

They are also, quite incompetent when it comes to providing rental history to creditors and other apartment communities. I had to threaten a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them to respond to inquiries of rental and payment history. They wont address problems, but they wont let you leave, either.

The walls are like paper. You can hear everything. Hold no possible sound from the list! Dont live here unless your def or hard of hearing. If you live on the second floor, you?ll feel doors slam via the vibration felt through the floor no matter where you are in your apartment, accompanied by the appropriate load bang that goes with it.

The apartments are visually attractive, and clean. Great location with movie theaters, any type of shopping, and good restaurants nearby.

So....if you enjoy hearing the following from your nieghbors:

Surround-sound
Other people?s bathroom habits
Thier pets that bark constantly while the
owners are away
Thumping of feet in the adjacent, not
necessarily above, apartments as the
tenants go about thier daily routine
Slamming cabinet, entry-way, and inner-room doors.
....and to be awakened multiple times during the night by everything on the list above...
....and then to have to hire an attorney to escape....
