Attractive exteriors and grounds. The grounds are kept clean and maintained, except for snow removal. The roads thru the complex are plowed, but the parking spaces and walkways are left untouched. Usually melts within a couple of days, so no really big deal. Steps to 2nd floor units are covered, so no safety issue there.

Units are not luxurious, but nice and well maintained. My two bedroom unit has 2 large walkin closets, pantry, linen closet, coat closet, locking storage off deck, fireplace, and washer/drier. Rooms are a bit small but adequate. Appliances are probably 15 years old, but work perfectly.

All my maintenance problems have been fixed very quickly with excellent workmanship. The staff is friendly and efficient. Love being able to have UPS drop off packages at front office when I am not home, knowing they are securely locked away.

Garbage dumpster/compacter at only one location by main entrance. Have to drive garbage to dumpster. A bit annoying, but the complex is more attractive and less smelly because of it.

Have always had quiet neighbors, so I have no idea how soundproof the units are. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
