I let my husband look and secure us an apt. Bad mistake! We had wood missing off the front of our balcony. There were no baseboards in our dining room. Our apt. was invested with spiders. They were living and laying eggs underneath the breadfast bar that had a huge gap between it and the wood, they did nothing about any of this. I complained about all of the above and nothing was done. There were lots of other minor problems like no water pressure and our bath towel hanger not being attached to the wall, but I won't gone on. I liked the walking trail other than that, oh yeah, the office staff was very busy, so busy they had ME sort through a closet stacked to the roof with boxes to find my UPS package.
