Camden Meadows is definitely one of the best apartment complexes in the Louisville area.

The management has been really attentive to our needs during our stay here for the year. Always followed up on needed repairs, etc.

Excellent events from time to time like resident dinners/breakfasts/etc.

The pool is always well maintained (no dead bugs, etc.)

Parking is ample and easy for any car.

The property even has a nice walking trail, though it would be nice if it went in a full circle rather than a semi circle where the path ends in middle of a parking lot.

There were some occasional issues regarding overloading of the garbage disposal during the weekends.

Residents often complain there is only one which is at the very front of the complex. However, we were lucky to live a building next to it making it easier to throw out trash.


Spiders can be a huge problem in this complex, but if you get the management's attention they will promptly follow up and spray as needed. However, we have not gotten any health hazards from them.

The only downside of living here is that if you want sunlight to beam through your apartment.

You need to make sure your apartment faces either East or West side. Ours faces the North side thus we never get sunlight into our apartment (just one of our mistakes).

Overall, this has been a pleasant apartment to live in. No problems with neighbors, everyone is courteous. The property is well maintained and well cared of.

You won't regret living in this complex. Just wait at the right time of the year to get excellent specials to live here.
