I have lived here for over a year. My only complaint is that the kitchen and bathroom are a little out-dated. I can always find a parking spot very close to my apartment (usually no more than 3 spaces away from my entrance). I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Either they are very quiet or there is good insulation. The patio doors are a little drafty in the winter. Electricity bill is very cheap, max $100 in winter for heat and $80 for air-conditioning, otherwise about $40.

Very close 24 hr Kroger, Walgreens, Kinkos. Many many restaurants within a couple of blocks. The only bad thing about that is high traffic at rush hour.
