I needed a quick temporary place to live after my condo sold. I chose Camden because they had a unit available. In the month I have been living there it has been one thing after another. First the place was filthy! Cobwebs, layers of dirt, stuff left from the previous tenant. I spent two days just cleaning. I didn't even want to unpack. I stopped counting how many spiders I killed after squishing #10. You can't have your own Washer/Dryer, you have to rent from there vendor. The previous tenant was a smoker and they tried to cover it up with new carpet and a plug in air freshner.

I just keep telling myself that it is only 6 months. Ugh!

I had the same issues with the apartment not being clean when I moved in. And I had to throw out things from the previous renter that was left in the cabinets because they were not cleaned.
