My wife, son, and I have been living here for almost 6 months. It's a modern, clean, complex that the management company seems to maintain on a regular basis.
My two complaints are the price and the noise. The base rent can easily rise with the addition of a monthly pet fee, washer/dryer rental, water/sewage fee, etc. While we also rent a garage, I don't include that as a rent price "addition", since it's an extra we opted to take advantage.
The noise is a bother to us. We hear people walking up the stairs outside out unit, the baby crying in the unit upstair, and the bass music of visitors parked in their cars waiting to pick up residents. With that said, the management staff has been wonderful in trying to take care of noise complaints we had (neighbor children jumping off bunk beds in their apartment).
Overall, I am very impressed with this community. My complaints are mostly with other residents not respecting the fact they have neighbors. The management staff, property, and community as a whole have been great.
