On a positive note, the room sizes were good and the rent was reasonable. However, maintenance seemed to be the biggest problem. The the second shower leaked so severely, it was unusuable. The airconditioning didn?t cool - maintenance insisted it was working even though my electric bill for one month was $450! We had to use fans in the bedrooms just to try to be able to sleep. One month before our lease ended, the A/C finally died completely. A new unit was installed - we froze our butts off, only verifying that the original complaints about the AC were justified.



We also had problems with squirrels getting into the ceilings and you could hear them scampering around at night - eewww! Maintenance set traps, but finally got smart and plugged up the hole where they were getting in.
