First the rent is cheap they allow big dogs which is great. Apartment was huge. When we first saw the apartment it needed work there were holes in the walls the carpet was in terrible condition and the bathroom linoleum was coming up there were exposed staples from how terrible the carpet was. Well we were told all of that would be fixed. We moved in it wasn't. The only thing that was fixed was the walls and they were patch horribly. Someone moved into the apartment above us 2 weeks later. They were rude and threw stuff over their balcony into our patio had their music playing at all hours and it wasn't just a little annoying. It didn't matter where we went we could hear it. We complained everyday. I mean everyday nothing was done about it. I ended up ending the lease after four months because they never did anything about the neighbors and because they never fixed the carpet. I also waited for a month to have the air fixed it never was. The management is terrible and it isn't worth the stress to live in some place that doesn't care about their tenants. I am warning you to stay away. I also want to add that my car was keyed and broken into. People also tried to keep coming into the patio area. Put a lock on it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
