I moved in Sept 2002, the place was great and the staff was awesome. Somewhere along the way things changed! Water leaks started during the next year. I can almost mark on a calendar when there will be a leak of one kind or another. I have water damage from March '07 and '08 that has not been repaired.One toilet has not worked for almost a year now.I report maintenance problems when I see them and again when I pay my rent.Rumor has it now we'll have to start paying for our heat and water on the next lease signing. We don't even have an emergency number to call anymore. Reported a major hot water in main hallway yesterday morn at 6:30, they got the voice mail at 8:30. By that time water was not only in the hallway, but in my apartment as well. Am I a happy tenant...you figure it out. I'd move if I could afford to do so. I used to love it here :x
