East end ghetto

We were shown a townhouse and when it came time to move in, that wasn't the townhouse that was available. We were not able to see the townhouse we ended up with because they said it wasn't done yet. When we did get to move in we were horribly disappointed. We have been plagued by maintenance problems and as I write this I'm waiting for my air conditioning to be repaired. The town houses are poorly insulated to temperature and noise. The sliding glass doors leak air bad enough to cause a breeze. We have had mice and roaches so far and it isn't Summer yet. We have electrical outlets not work and plumbing leaks. The pipes freeze in the winter and no one bothers to clear ice off of your sidewalks in the Winter. Maintenance problems are frequent but good luck getting them there in a timely manner. For anyone wanting to move on to this property needs to be familiar with Kentucky Revised Statutes KRS chapter 383.00.
